For the past several years, many of you have known my consulting practice as LMO Accounting Solutions. As I reflected on the organizations I’ve served and the work I enjoy most, one thing became clear: accounting has always been part of the story. It has never been the whole story.
My career has always been about more than finance. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with executive teams, boards, and organizational leaders to navigate growth, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and guide meaningful change.
Those experiences reinforced one belief: organizations are strongest when finance, leadership, strategy, and people work together in pursuit of a shared vision.
